GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

This document contains the General Conditions of Sale of the Lokkyn.com site, owned and managed by Amalgine srl, with registered office in Palmi, RC, Via Concordato, 9, VAT number and Tax Code 02417270804, company register of Reggio Calabria n. RC-167966.

The offer and sale of products on the Lokkyn.com website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated also in consideration of any regulatory changes; those published on Lokkyn.com accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with the purchase.
Purchasing method
A descriptive card is displayed for each product selected, with the image  and the essential characteristics, by way of example:  colour, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Lokkyn.com may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Lokkyn. com is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular configuration of the computer or its malfunction.
Availability and price of the product
In each article is indicated, in real time, the exact availability of the product in the warehouse, thanks to a sophisticated automatic stock updating system. The relative selling price in Euros is clearly indicated on each product. In the case of promotions or discounts, the initial price, the discount percentage and the final price at which the item can be purchased are shown.

If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, the corresponding size is not displayed.
If, due to the simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, it is sent an order cancellation e-mail.
Lokkyn.com may change the products offered for sale and/or the relative price at any time and without notice.

The cost of shipping is indicated before the payment.

ORDERS

Orders
The execution of purchase orders implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of an account ("register for free") personal of the Customer. Remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Lokkyn.com  ; can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Lokkyn.com  is prohibited.
Lokkyn.com. reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of the orders received.
Lokkyn.com will notify the customer via e-mail of any impossibility to accept the orders received.
Order confirmation
At the conclusion of the purchase, the customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Methods of payment
Lokkyn.com accepts the following payment methods:

• PayPal The Customer can pay for his purchase through his own verified Paypal account, according to the methods provided by PayPal and known to each account holder;
• Credit cards (including prepaid, postepay) Lokkyn.com accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express , Maestro, AmEx, JCB, UnionPay, Discover, Diners;
• Bank transfer The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Lokkyn.com – via e-mail -no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. We will send the items ordered, upon crediting the amount due, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The exact bank details in order to make the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the order online. Send the bank transfer receipt via e-mail to ordini@lokkyn.com specifying in the subject: "Bank transfer-order receipt";      
• Cod on delivery: The customer, with the addition of a contribution of 6 euros, can pay the courier in cash upon delivery. It is advisable to prepare the exact amount in advance to give to the courier to facilitate payment and avoid problems with change. In case of return of the goods, the refund will be made by non-transferable check or bank transfer and the contribution of 6.00 euros will not be refunded.

Any other payment formulas can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Lokkyn.com. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to info@lokkyn.com . The ordered products remain the property of Lokkyn.com until the relative price has been fully collected.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping methods
The information on the shipping methods are indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping is usually via express courier with delivery times within two/three working days. 
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered by courier  ;DHL, SDA or TNT. Shipments are not made to post office boxes.
Shipping is free for amounts exceeding 80.00 Euros, below this amount the shipment will cost €6.00 ​​to be paid by the Customer and will  charged to your credit or debit card at the time of purchase.

Delivery areas
The products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (shipments are not made to PO boxes).
