Returns

Lokkyn.com, in full compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a full refund of the price of the returned items. The return takes place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery, provided that the returned items are intact and never used.

The customer can choose between two methods: Standard Return or Easy Return.

The Standard Return is the method that allows the Customer to manage the return procedure independently. Alternatively, the Customer can use the "Easy Return" procedure managed directly by Lokkyn.com which collects the package from the Customer's home on the date indicated by the latter via an appointed courier . The "Easy Return" service includes a cost that varies according to the region of departure and will be communicated in advance, this cost will be deducted from the customer at the time of reimbursement.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to Lokkyn.com, the Customer must comply with precise conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the Lokkyn.com website are delivered to the Customer with a disposable security seal with the Lokkyn.com logo. Returns will only be accepted with the safety seal perfectly intact, which can be made of plastic with relative thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn except for trying on, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged appropriately.
D) - All the other labels of the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - The goods to be returned must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
F) - Customers wishing to exchange size, color or item must submit the return procedure specifying that they wish to exchange and place a new order on the Lokkyn.com website.
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear will not be accepted.
In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Lokkyn.com reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

THE RETURN PROCEDURE (registrated user)

A) To request the return authorization you need:

• Log in to your User Area, in the "My Orders" section;
• Identify the order that includes the items to be returned and click on "Return";
• Select the item or items to be returned;
• Choose the return method and click on the "Send Request" button;

Once the return request has been received, Lokkyn.com Customer Care will respond within 24 hours.

If you choose the Standard Return method, after receiving the confirmation from Lokkyn.com you can proceed with the shipment of the package independently, to thIs address: Amalgine srl Via Concordato, 9 - 89015 Palmi RC Italy.

If you choose the Easy Return method, you must wait for the courier to collect it on the day established in the request phase at the address indicated.

Return procedure (unregistered user)

In the event of an order placed as a guest, it is possible to request return authorization by clicking on the following link "Are you a Guest? Request a Return" also present at the bottom of each page of the lokkyn.com website, in the EXTRAS section

REFUND

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The refund of the entire amount paid will be made within 2 days of receipt with the same payment method used to pay for the order.

REPLACEMENTS

To replace the items: Carry out the return procedure (returned items will be refunded). Place a new order with the desired items.
